Deirdre Finn has more than three decades of experience in advocacy, including 17 years focused on water. Her expertise is developing and communicating effective, sustainable policy solutions. Deirdre is widely considered an expert in the Clean Water and Drinking Water SRFs, the nation's premier programs for financing infrastructure that provides safe drinking water, recycled water, wastewater services, stormwater management and environmental protection.

Lori Beary | SRF Program Efficiency and Leveraging

Lori Beary served as the primary administrator of the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds for the state of Iowa responsible for developing and implementing leveraging the programs to increase funding for water infrastructure projects. Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College and a Master’s in Science in Economics from Iowa State University.
Randy Brown | Water Utility Management
​Randy Brown has 47 years of experience in utility operations and management, beginning as a lagoon operator and rising through the ranks to become the Director of the water, wastewater, recycled water and stormwater utility for the City of Pompano Beach, Florida. Randy helps clients optimize operations, achieve regulatory compliance, strengthen safety, improve financial sustainability, plan for capital improvements, and improve resiliency for disasters.
